Her passion for creating a title company built on honesty, precision and exceptional service shaped the culture of Integrity Title & Escrow and continues to inspire our team each day. Monzella Saunders Owings
Monzella Saunders-Owings is the President, attorney and part-owner of Integrity Title & Escrow Company, LLC. and Integrity Title Commercial, LLC. Integrity Title is a full service title insurance firm specializing in commercial real estate nationwide. As President, she directly oversees all operations in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia but also serves as the head and lead counsel for the Commercial Division of Integrity Title Commercial, LLC.
Monzella has an impeccable reputation in the commercial real estate industry and is recognized for her many accomplishments with getting complicated deals done; in particular, the closing of the Water Street Towers, which was the second air rights acquisition in the history of Baltimore City and the acquisition of Exelon corporate headquarters at the Baltimore Inner Harbor. Monzella has closed a variety of commercial real estate transactions, both locally and nationally, including municipal bond-financed transactions; LIHTC transactions; FHA and Fannie Mae commercial loan closings; affordable housing and new market tax credit deals. Her clients include builders, law firms, developers, hotel chains, commercial lenders, faith-based institutions, and municipal and state housing organizations. She graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a B.A. in Government and Politics in 1988 and earned her J.D. from George Washington University National Law Center in May 1992. Monzella resides with her husband in Baltimore County, Maryland.
Andrea Jeffrey
Andrea Jeffrey is Manager of Integrity Title Commercial, LLC. With over 30 years’ experience in the title business and 22 years with Integrity Title & Escrow Company, Andrea is the Senior Commercial Processor. She manages the commercial processing department and is knowledgeable with the entire commercial closing process from inception through closing.
Over the years she has built a stellar reputation with our clients with her wealth of knowledge and her ability to getting the job done from contract to settlement. Her experience includes title examination, procuring all requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions. Prepare all closing and settlement documents, including escrow agreements, HUDs, and deeds. She reviews all files before, during and after closing.
